Not To Be

Well I did mentioned yesterday that I will be telling about my trip to KL but it has to be defered for I don't have the time tonight as I have to update my virus definations. Maybe tomorrow I will continue.

Weekends that was.

I got a lot to tell from my trip to Kl to attend Tim's wedding and things that happened in between. But I will post it tomorrow. I am writing to tell the world that my streamyx connection to my new house is all set and I am writing from there.
Hope I can also post some photos too but it depend by tomorrow.
Right now I am being called to bed by my son so see you all tomorrow.

Things Changed

Remember that I said that the negotiation for the purchases of the shop house was a success. Well on Monday when EE called up the owner to make appointment with him to visit a lawyer to prepare the neccesaries document, he backed up, saying that his wife changed her mind about selling. What can we do but to sign disappoinment. In my mind that I got the feeling that we will buy that shop. True enough on Wednesday, the owner called again to informed EE that he had decided to sell it even without her wife's consent because she was making things difficult for themself.
At 11.00am EE went to the lawyer with the owner to have the documents prepared and by next week it can be signed. The lawyer told EE that he got a good bargain because that land is an open grant property so it should worth more than what he is paying. Well as I told my wife if GODMOTHER wants us to have that shop no matter what it will be ours. Bless our soul. Thank you.

The Week That Was

The negotiation on the purchase of the shophouse was agreed at RM320,000.00. Signing of documents will be done next week after Ee come back from KL on Monday. He took Kah Sing (his grandson) to HUKM in KL for a specialist checkup on his hearing and make appointment for correctional surgery. Only on Monday will they know when is the date.

Today a new ancestral prayer from KL. The funeral was at 10am and proceeded to the crematorium then a journey to Ipoh for the final resting.

Received the news from Mum that Ah Kit (cousin) passed away at GH. She said Ah Kwai (Eldest cousin) called to inform her this morning. Will be attending his wake tonight.

InstantPayoutSurf - SCAM

It a pity to see this site falls into disgrace scam. It was a good program but many knew it won't last because the way it worked does not guaranty good profit for the admin. But did not predict that it closed so fast. Ah! well time to move ahead. Not point crying over it. Well this week is not a good week for me, first it was FastPayPro and now this one. I hope no more will be coming my way.

On another matter, just got the news from Mum that one of my mother side cousin Ah Kit was hospitalized in Fatima Hospital. He was already admitted for 3 weeks already for fever and in coma. As I am writing this he has not wake up yet. Will be going to visit him later.

FastPayPro - SCAM

FastPayPro, just recently they changed their payment policy, that you need to have 50% of upgrade adpack of the requested payment in order for payout. Moreover now they don't do FAST PAY anymore (which they should change their name also to GREEDPAYPRO) it 10% for 3 business day and free for 9 (NINE) business day. Why should I invest in them when there is so many betters AS out there life Surfoogle, InstantPayoutSurf or Grand4Surf. Especially InstantPayoutSurf, until now I don't see anybody complaining except praises. Regarding SafePay, which I intially used to buy adpack with FastPayPro, I upgraded with $50 and after the ad expired it was never paid to my account eventhough in cashout history it stated "Payout". I enquired about it and told me that their SP account was hacked and the money stolen so they will be doing refund. It already been 3 weeks now and I yet to hear anything from them about refund. I did write to them and was ignored a few times. Last they answer back saying refund is going on to a lots of people with a lots of work, but I don't see anyone posting saying they received any refund. All I can firmly says is FASTPAYPRO is a SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

Jaya Jusco

Finally at 4pm together with Justin and Shanon we managed to get a parking space along the road that leads to JJ. Three of them went to play video game while me and wife walked around to do some shopping. We had a light lunch at the newly opened Chatter Kopitiam outside KFC, the price quite reasonable, then to JJ for Merdeka one day extra sales. Managed to buy a trouser.
At about 7pm gather them up and made our way back but before I bought a Canon printer at Redcom. I also bought a Creative MP3 player and KOSS headphone. We couldn't go home the whole road was jammed. So we went back to JJ and took them to Macdonald for dinner. After dinner prepared to go home but Yongsen wants to buy PSOne game. I have to get a black cartridge because the new comes only with colour cartridge from Redcom. On the way there met Mr Liew Sang (Yongsen's TKD Master).
So finally managed to go home at 8.30pm. Went to Mum place for dinner before heading back home.

Merdeka Holiday

Today is Malaysia Independence day and is a holiday. I took this opportunity to close shop for a day. Had breakfast at Macy with wife and kid. Then to Jaya Jusco but couldn't find any parking, it was damn full. Suppose to take Yongsen to enjoy video game and to buy printer for office. Now have to wait for later. Right now busy surfing at home.
